I had my dinner already, i requested Daddy to open up the coconut for me to drink.
This time, i drank less than half of it when usually i ate 2 by MYSELF.
Around 30 mins later, about 7.40pm, i start to experience some pain in my tummy.
Thought it was the usual Braxton Hicks doing the funny stunts, so i ignored...
8pm plus, i started to have more bowel movements, and it's more then the pass few days.
I used to constipate more than 5days. Suddenly need to go toilet for so many times. Ewww.
Till 9.57pm, i started to time. Timing 4-5mins of pain each time, interval of approx 20 mins.
Seriously, idk why i will want to start timing. I guess it's the instinct or something...
22 September 2010;
Was chatting with Meowwwwlin on MSN then. In between still going to toilet~
She told me the night before she's giving birth ALSO like that. & i started to get paranoid.
Very very scared. I can't accept the fact that Ray is popping out, SOON.
She told me to go down hospital RIGHT AWAY. HAHAHA. I tell myself, NOOOOOO.
Cannot be so soon that Ray is popping out, though my instinct told me she will be a 23Sept baby.
So i continue timing. Meanwhile, whinning~ Whining to Hus, miowlin, and who uh? Forgotten.
I went to sleep at 1plus. Keep waking up. Just couldn't sleep properly due to the pain.
It's more than Braxton Hicks. I thought it's just normal stomache again. So i went to the toilet.
3am, i woke up. Decided to pack my hospital bag again as i intend to go MAH in the morning.
MSN with miowlin in the early morning... Whine whine whine.
Went to sleep soon again at 6 plus. Within 3am-6am, i went toilet for 6 times. WHOA!
Woke up at 9.45am; called clinic up. Was asked to go down to let Dr Wong have a check.
Touch touch stomach, ask me lie down. Cervix checked @ 12pm; 2cm.
At first, i didn't know i have already dilated. Dr Wong look serious this time. Hmmm.
I went out to sit down, he told me : "err, tonight go hosp rest k?" I'm like HUH!?
In my mind i was thinking, at home cannot rest meh? O.O so i told him i go home rest will do.
He then replied: "Your cervix dilated 2cm liao leh! Will be a 23September morning 8plus baby!".
This time, his serious reply really hit me to accept the fact that my lil'Ray s popping out.
& it's really on 23September. My instinct; and partly my wish and hope. Whoaaaaa.
I got excited and paranoid. I'm gonna be a real Mommy this time, cuddling my baby in my arms.
Dr Wong then explained to me why i giving birth that soon;
I've got sensitive intestine. & that coconut from Seng Siong caused me to have intestine infection.
As intestine is just behind the uterus, whenever my intestine send cramps signals, my uterus will contracts together, causing my cervix to dilate.
Conclusion; if you want your baby to pop earlier, go get coconut from Seng Siong.
I ate so much from NTUC also no problem. Only that day had one from Seng Siong, i go into labour.
So i got the admission letter from Dr Wong, i went home. I called Hus and told him about it.
He booked out and cabbed over to my place. Intend to buy EAC Peppermint milk before i admit.
But we sleep till 4pm when i'm asked to admit at 5pm. So gave it a miss, we cabbed to MAH.
Was brought to the delivery suite. Look like a hotel to me. VERY GRAND -.-
Changed into the robe, cervix check again at 5.39pm; 3cm. 5 hours passed, 1 more cm "earned".
BP was okay but rate was high! Nervous lahhh :D a lil' feverish due to my intestine infection...
Getting bored after clearing bowels for the last time, taking pictures here and there.
Already knew it will be a long journey~
Ray was suppose to wear this. But like so big, plus it's sleeveless.
I think it's for macho babies. LOLOL! Really very biggggg!
Seriously damn bored while waiting loh! Want sleep also hard.
The nurses keep coming in to check on my CTG and speak to me. Tsk.
Had my dinner there. Porridge with few dishes. Not bed lehhhh! Yummy! :>
The banana given, sibei long and thick. Healthy banana. Wtf. LOLOL!
9.40pm, Dr Wong came to see me cos' of my fever.
He checked my cervix, 4cm already. Looking at the time, he decided to burst my waterbag.
9.44pm, waterbag was ruptured. The fluid flowing out~ Dr Wong says he touched Ray's head.
& suddenly told me happily that Ray has got hair -.-
Dr Wong asked me if i can feel anything. OF COURSE LAH! Sieh yucky de feeling.
One thing, after waterbag burst, i feel the pain more. As in, the pain is abit more intense.
Not to the extend can cry and shout lah. zZz. More like mens cramp? Hmmm...
Watched tv with Hus till 12am and we went to sleep..
23 September 2010;
I think around 1.40am, i was awake with discomfort.
I felt pain in my tummy. Hurts more then BHC. I think that's when my contractions came.
Can't really sleep. Keep adjusting the incline of the bed up & down to make myself comfortable.
2plus, an old midwife came in to do cervix check on me. I was dilated to 6cm. Nice. 4 more to go.
Was put on drip to fasten my dilation i think.. PAIN OKAY. NB.
That nurse TSKKKKK! Very rough to my left hand. Grrrr..
That midwife asked me if i would like to take epidural. I told her maybe later instead.
Becos' i was thinking, now take, later when baby coming out soon, dosage finish how!? LOL!
So she asked if i want the injection on my thigh, so i can sleep first. So i agreed.
She then told me, don't be so happy that fast becos' the injection on thigh is useless.
She passed me the laughing gas. Taught me how to use it... That's a wonderful thing for me.
But seriously, that injection made me sleep fast as right after injecting, became mens pain again.
4 plus, i woke up from my sleep from contractions pain. I can't sleep well at all.
Pain score about 8/10. Seriously P-A-I-N! 6.15am, midwife came to do cervix check; 8cm.
Laughing gas was my pillar of strength all the while. Not Hus. He happily sleeping. Tsk.
I heard the nurses and midwives rushing in and out, here and there paging for Dr Wong.
The scene was funny to me. It's so dramatic lehhhh. Happening to me in reality. LOL.
I think around 8am, they start preparing the bed to deliver.
They put my legs up wide opened, taught me to push.
I got no pain, ask me push. I pain, they hold my legs till i can't push.
Till Dr Wong came, idk why i felt assured baby will be out in awhile time. Hehe.
He don't joke like before. Just stared at my vagina, doing the necessary assissting delivery stuffs.
Very serious looking man that moment. I did wonder if he's my gynae at that point of time :/
Totally different person when he's doing delivery for me.
So the midwives keep asking me to push, and still the same thing, no pain ask me push.
Keep say i use laughing gas till mabok alr no strength to push. Jitao dulan i kicked one of them.
Opps. But it's accidentally lah... ... ...
Push push push, got a feel Ray's head is out. Next push, her body "slipped" out. LOL!
I knew she's out but i heard no cries. My heart dropped. I lift up my head i see Dr Wong sucking blood and water from her mouth, i heard a few cries then it assured me she's alright.
VERY DRAMA that i heard no cries but that's a face that she didn't cry the moment she's out.
She was placed on me after the suction. Scared me a little. Still couldn't believe my baby is out.
Took pictures with Ray. Hehehe. I love it. But her hair looks so funny to me in those pictures.
Ray was a curious baby. She keep looking here & there when she was left at the measuring box.
Ask Hus to take more of the photos. She point middle finger somemore. TSK! Naughty baby.
9.28am, her first picture was sent out to all my beloved cousins and dear good friends..
The birth of my girl 就是这样! :)

I got pushed back to the ward around 10 plus after stitching etc. Babygirl was not with me then.
She was in the nursery under the warmer... Hus & I slept awhile before they send baby to me.
My tired boy. But actually, he go in like extra only. Tsk.
Stupid midwives asked me to hold my legs instead of his hands when pushing. Cheebeh.
Hence, i think Hus don't know how much pain i have gone through. HAHA!
The drip to let my uterus contracts back to "original" size. Need to put very long leh.
Gao wae like mad. Made my left hand went numb...
Day 2 of Ray...
Day 3 before discharge.
Day 3 at home..
Cute isn't it? :D
HAHAHA! Hus request to take this down. SO EDIBLE LOOKING! ><>
